OUR STORY
I’m Sophie, a wife, mom, matcha lover, and lifelong planner of everything big and small. My love for organizing and creating events started early. Growing up in a big, lively family meant there was always a reason to gather, and every get-together came with its own cast of characters.
My grandma was the table setter who insisted every napkin had to be folded into a swan (yes, literally). My mom was the chef, mapping out menus like it was her Olympic sport. And my dad was the DJ, making sure the music never stopped and the dance floor was never empty. Surrounded by all of that, I naturally inherited a little bit of everyone’s magic.
That childhood training shows up in my work today. I get just as excited about the flow of a timeline as I do about the design of a tablescape. For me, it is about creating celebrations that feel beautiful, intentional, and, most importantly, fun.

Hi, y’all! It is a joy to serve as the Director of Operations at Sophie Ella Events. To me, life is made up of a series of little love stories: the moments a table is set with care, a room glows with loved ones, and two people in love meet in a quiet gaze. In my role, I get to honor these stories by creating the systems, structure, and support that allow our planners to weave beauty and intention into weddings that are cherished and truly one of a kind.
My professional journey to Sophie Ella has taken me through years of corporate, non-profit, and private luxury planning, but at my core, I’m just a lover girl. I treasure motherhood, marriage, family, and friendship. Words inspire me, connection fuels me, and nothing brings me more joy than celebrating the beginning of forever.

Associate Planner
Hey there! I’m Ashley. I’m a mother, a chic seeker, and completely obsessed with details, timelines, and all things romance. Planning my own wedding gave me an inside look at all the magic that goes into creating a celebration, but it also showed me just how much work it really is (can I get an amen?!). From that moment on, I knew I wanted to help others make their special day feel effortless, personal, and full of joy.
Whether it’s curating the perfect timeline, fluffing a veil before the walk down the aisle, or making sure grandma has her favorite seat, I’m there to take care of the behind-the-scenes so you can focus on what matters most—celebrating love.
